RoSPA QSA Level 5 Diamond Awards
Clarity Risk Management led and delivered the RoSPA QSA project from start to finish for two high-profile housing associations, which significantly contributed to their pursuit of ISO45001 certification. This project included setting up and implementing a new health and safety management system, alongside a training, engagement, and culture programme across all levels of the workforce. We established robust health and safety targets and KPIs while ensuring the availability of high-quality performance data, management information, and assurance. Clarity Risk Management fully supported the 5-day audit process and is proud to have achieved the following scores and awards

RoSPA Gold Awards
Clarity Risk Management successfully led and delivered two RoSPA Gold Awards at the first attempt, showcasing their client's commitment to achieving high standards in health and safety.

SAGE HOMES achieved their RoSPA Gold award 2023.

ISO45001
Clarity Risk Management successfully led the project to achieve ISO45001 certification for Sage Homes (part of the Blackstone Group). This initiative involved the development and implementation of a robust health and safety management system tailored to meet specific needs, along with comprehensive training, engagement, audit, and assurance programmes.
In 2023, LRQA, accredited by UKAS, completed both Stage 1 and Stage 2 Certification without any major or minor non-conformances. The auditor praised the project, stating it was 'the best health and safety management system he had ever seen'. Achieving ISO45001 certification positioned Sage Homes as an exemplar employer with respect to health and safety.
